My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs; while the location is convenient for exploring the area, and the staff was attentive, the quality of some facilities and dining left much to be desired. The indoor pool's temperature was disappointing, and the breakfast options were quite limited. Overall, it's a decent choice, but there's definitely room for improvement.

My stay at the Pestana Sintra was quite frustrating. While the cleanliness and the swimming pool are definite positives, I was let down by the lack of attention to customer service and the quality of breakfast.
